Order

Preferably place order thru the on-line e-shop.
Alternative ways are by e-mailem, phone, fax or in writting (see contact).
Each order should contain:
1. Item designation and quantity.
2. Name and shipping address including country
3. E-mail and phone for confirmation.
4. Companies, educational and other institutions also its name, bill-to address if different from ship-to.
5. Companies, universities and similar institutions from EU also its VAT identification number.
Each order has to be prepaid or charged to credit card. Exceptions are granted on individual basis.

COD - cash-on-delivery payment is not available except for orders from Slovakia.
